John Das – Senior Partner

- Karl Douglas v. Greenwich Healthcare NHS Trust
- Blair v. Michelin Tyre Plc
- Hadoulis v. Trinatours
Over the course of his career, John has practised as both a Claimant and Defendant Solicitor in London and Derbyshire. This has enabled him to develop the skill of seeing personal injury cases “from both sides”.
His desire to provide a client driven service, led to him setting up Dedicated Accident Solicitors. John has a down to earth and approachable style when dealing with his cases and takes time to explain all aspects of the legal process in plain English with all legal “jargon” explained. Your case will be dealt with sensitively, not passed around large departments of staff.
John is a former pupil of Repton School and lives with his wife and two young children on the outskirts of Derby. In his youth he was a keen hockey player but now restricts his sporting interests to supporting Derby County. His father was a GP for many years in Derby and his mother has worked for the past 25 years at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary.
